The Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a public hearing during the regularly-scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following:• 288 Little John Trail – Appeal of Board of Zoning Adjustment action approving a Short-term Residential Rental Special Use Permit application• 107 Forest Parks Place – Appeal of Board of Zoning Adjustment action approving a Short-term Residential Rental Special Use Permit applicationThe lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow, as needed. Guests not attending may watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/cityofhotsprings) or on City12 Resort TV, which will also air live at 6 p.m.
