The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following
:• Reunion Hall Theater – 125 Oak Street – Large-scale development site plan review application for assembly occupancy use to operate a theater in the historic high school auditorium
• Bella Vita Subdivision – 2357 Higdon Ferry Road – Preliminary plat and development plan application for a new 4-lot single-family residential subdivision
• Hot Springs Gymnastics – 112 Bluestone Court – Large-scale development site plan review for relocation of the Hot Springs Gymnastics business due to classification as an assembly occupancy
• 360 Lakeland Drive – Planned site plan amendment application for a proposed RV park
• Corner of Airport and Weston roads – Zoning change request from R-3 to C-4 for split-zoned propertyThe lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow, as needed. Guests not attending may watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/cityofhotsprings) or on City12 Resort TV, which will also air live at 6 p.m.
