The City of Hot Springs (CHS) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program will accept applications from Thursday, Dec. 8, through Friday, Jan. 27, 2023, for projects using the fiscal year 2023 CDBG funds.As a grantee of CDBG funds, the City funds allow eligibility for affordable housing, community development, public services and economic development projects that benefit low- and moderate-income persons, and meet the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and City of Hot Springs objectives.Application materials are now available at https://www.cityhs.net/563/Community-Development and in the CHS Planning & Development Department at 133 Convention Boulevard. All application materials and requested documents must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Jan. 27, with no exceptions.
