City of Hot Springs issued the following announcement on Jan. 25.
The shoulders of the inside eastbound and westbound lanes of East Grand Avenue, between Convention Boulevard and Vine Street, will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., today, Jan. 24, through Friday, Feb. 4, for a sewer line replacement. In addition, the Convention Boulevard and East Grand Avenue intersection will have no cross traffic.
Caution signs and barrels will be in place, and motorists are advised to use caution when traveling in this area.
