City of Hot Springs issued the following announcement on Oct. 19.
Piper Street, between Malvern Avenue and Rosston Road, will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 20, through Friday, Oct 22, for the installation of manholes.
Detour signs and barricades will be posted, and motorists are advised to use an alternate route when traveling in this area.
