Malvern - Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 2.
Seguin Moreau Napa Cooperage in Malvern was a stop on Sen. John Boozman’s 2021 Ag Tour . The Senator (Ranking Member, Senate Agriculture Committee) was joined by Congressman Bruce Westerman (Ranking Member, House Natural Resources Committee.)
SM’s Brian Francis and Eric Henson gave the tour and explained their process. White oak staves eventually leave Malvern to become wine and spirit barrels for customers across the globe. Sen. Alan Clark, Rep. Rick McClure and Rep. Ken Bragg were also on site to learn more about the operation and how they can help our state’s small-medium employers.
