Garland County Library recently issued the following announcement.

Ukulele Club will be rescheduled to a later, to be determined, date. Following the advice of the Regional Health Unit Administrator, the Garland County Library will be closed to the public until at least March 30th. We will continue to update our Facebook page and website with new information as it becomes available.
Join George Crook for a class on techniques on a number of short mindfulness techniques or exercises- body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement combined with Q & A.
It is not necessary that one person be able to attend every time slot to benefit from it, as each will be standalone, but they are encouraged to attend as many as they can.
Four dates available, all standalone classes:
Thursday, Feb 20th @ 6:30pm
Thursday, Feb 27th @ 6:30pm
Friday, Mar 6th @ 12:00pm
Friday, Mar 20 @ 12:00pm
