Our Lady of Fatima Church – Benton issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
The Cathedral of Saint Andrew Choir will present the Requiem Mass by British composer Philip Moore on Tuesday, November 2 at 7:00 pm. This is a Prayer Service in Commemoration of the Souls of the Faithfully Departed. The setting of the Requiem Mass was composed in 2016 and has never been performed in Arkansas. Beau Baldwin, Cathedral Organist and Director of Music, will conduct the Choir. Colin MacKnight, Organist and Director of Music at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral will play the organ. All are invited to attend this concert and prayer service. A light reception in McDonald Hall will follow the service. Also, there will be a Book of Remembrance in the narthex of the Cathedral if you would like to include the names of deceased family and friends. Please join us on All Souls Day for a prayerful evening with some glorious music.
