The Hose Uncoupling/Ribbon Cutting for the new Malvern Fire Station #1 went off well today and included the dedication of and push-in ceremony for Engine-1.

Station #1 is built on the former site of the North Malvern Station which served from 1954 until early 2021.

Engine-1 was dedicated to Chief Albritton who reorganized the MFD in 1948 and served 25 years as Fire Chief for the City of Malvern. His son, Mr. Orville Albritton, was in attendance.

Congratulations to the City of Malvern, the Malvern Fire Dept, and the citizens of Malvern.
