Friday, thirty dancers from HSWCHS and HSJA attended the Arkansas High School Dance Festival at Hendrix College. Students were able to take classes with other dancers from across the state with teachers who are master dance educators and performers. Seniors were also able to audition for the Arkansas Dance Network Scholarships, and the Hot Springs Dance Troupe shared choreography at the end of the day. Students who are inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts or members of the Hot Springs Dance Troupe are invited to attend each year.
