City of Hot Springs issued the following announcement on Feb. 16.

The City of Hot Springs Planning & Development Department has approved 24 Short-term Residential Rental Special Use Permit Applications that were submitted in January:

• SUP-22-001 – 100 Mooney Alley, Unit C – detached garage apartment

• SUP-22-002 – 500 Burchwood Bay Road, Unit B

• SUP-22-003 – 500 Burchwood Bay Road, Unit A

• SUP-22-004 – 510 Burchwood Bay Road, Unit A

• SUP-22-005 – 510 Burchwood Bay Road, Unit B

• SUP-22-006 – 104 E. Saint Louis Street

• SUP-22-007 – 1306 Third Street

• SUP-22-008 – 424 Spring Street, Unit A

• SUP-22-009 – 424 Spring Street, Unit B

• SUP-22-010 – 135 Eagle Loop

• SUP-22-011 – 414 Spring Street

• SUP-22-012 – 102 Quail Creek Road

• SUP-22-013 – 1200 Twin Points Road

• SUP-22-014 – 124 Palisades Loop

• SUP-22-016 – 178 Lake Hamilton Drive
