CITY OF HOT SPRINGS: Short-term Residential Rentals
0Comments

City of Hot Springs issued the following announcement on Feb. 23.

Current Short-term Residential Rental business license holders must successfully complete their Certificate of Occupancy inspection and file for renewal prior to May 1. The more than 300 residentially-zoned STRs licensed in 2021 are eligible for approval, but renewals will be accepted only through April 30. License applications dated May 1 or later run the risk of hitting the Residential Zone STR license cap, as well as having to meet Special Use Permit requirements.
