The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following:• Reunion Hall Theater – 125 Oak Street – Large-scale development site plan review application for assembly occupancy use to operate a theater in the historic high school auditorium• Hot Springs School District – 701 Emory Street – Large-scale development site plan review to construct a new high school building and additional athletic facilities on the existing Hot Springs School District campusThe lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow, as needed.
