City of Hot Springs issued the following announcement on May 5.
Greenwood Avenue, between Summer and South Patterson streets, will be closed intermittently between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
from Monday, May 9, through Monday, May 23, for the replacement of a water main.
The advised detours will reroute to Summer, South Patterson and Plain streets.
Detour signs and barricades will be in place, and motorists are advised to use an alternate route when traveling in this area.
